MPSA Organization
The Manhasset Proponents for School Accountability (MPSA) is a grass roots
organization, consisting of long-term homeowners that is independent from the
Manhasset Union Free School District including the Administration and School
Board, SCA, Teacher's Union and all other supportive and related organizations.
Mission Statement
MPSA believes the School District should mandate through Policy, the
requirement to provide homeowners with a long term five year business plan
that prioritizes academic excellence and fiscally responsible budgets that are
on par or below the regional inflation rate.
Further, MPSA advocates the District adopt a Transparency and Accountability
Policy, based in part with public participation, to ensure full disclosure of
all relevant fiscal and academic information in a timely and systematic manner.
